Newburyport Yatch Club is open for the public to come get off their boats and grab something to eat. This space is also used for hosting events and being a beautiful venue for private functions with two large ballrooms. The idea is for beautiful gatherings and irreplaceable memories with friends and family. The design of this space is based from the New England nautical theme with pastel colors versatile for any color scheme for any event.

The main concept for this project was to create a space for students at Newbury College to focus and enjoy throughout their college career and give them the ability to succeed. The space has a natural feel combined with a student friendly atmosphere. The idea of collaboration is very important to the new design, thus having many group areas was a must. Designed with many different lighting fixtures and simple furniture pieces to create a modern more sophisticated look. A college library with simplicity but cozy at the same time. The main goal was to create a space for young adults to feel influenced to success in a professional setting.

Briarwood Estates

For the design of the Briarwood Estate we wanted to design a comfortable, contemporary space for guests.We want them to feel welcomed when they enter the hotel, in their room, andspace for guests.We want them to feel welcomed when they enter the hotel, in their room, and the other rooms throughout. Ourmain focus is to make guests feel at home away from home. Our color scheme is neutral colors with some pops of orange. We also have greenery and natural woods used throughout. In the design we incorporate decorative lighting, decorative pieces like art work and water fountains. Our goal is for people to leave with an experience of a lifetime.

Smith's Townhouse

This project was to design this four level townhouse for the Smith's a young couple living in Boston making the space funcational while keeping original character in the space. using revit to create the floor plans and 3D’s as well as photoshop to render. The space consist of a home office on the garden level and large master on third floor with a guest level on the fourth floor as requested by the clients.
